Security and Hacked Accounts
It is a known fact that the rate of cybercrimes and unethical hacking operations have been increasing day by day. In Teczera, the security of our users’ accounts is of very high priority for us. If you think you’ve been hacked and you’re unable to log in with your username and password, please resort to the following two steps:
- Request a password reset
- Contact Support if you still require assistance
Request a password reset
Visit the home page of Teczera through Teczera.com. Click on Login.
If you cannot log in from your username and password, click on Lost your Password.
You will be redirected to a page. Provide your registered email address and click on Reset Password. You will then get a link in your mailbox through which you can reset your password.

If the above method doesn’t work, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org the issue from your registered email address, mentioning your contact number. We will surely get back to you at our earliest and resolve the problem.
