Refund a course

In teczera, we believe in providing complete satisfaction to our students and to ensure this we provide a 30 days refund policy in case the student doesn’t want to be a part of course. We refund the amount via the same payment method. While some purchases were made on credit only.

How to ask for a refund?

A refund could be initiated by the student within the 30 days of purchase of the course. To ask for a refund you can easily ask for a refund by filling the form for the refund and the link for the form of refund is given at the end of the article.

Which payment methods are supported by teczera?

Teczera supports PayPal and bank credit option depending upon the nationality and requirements of the student.

What about the refund of course purchased indirectly through the third party?

In that case sorry we will not be able to process your refund as we don’t have you as a buyer in our list so we can’t process the refund. In this case, ask your third party buyer for your refund and tell them to get in touch with us.

Why does my refund gets cancelled?

We can’t process the refund after 30 days of the refund process window. We want to give full satisfaction to our students but at the same time, we have to give our instructors their payments.

In case any other problem occurs during payments don’t get panic just send us the details of the problem and we will positively solve your problem.
