Sometimes the student mistakenly creates more than one account in the website and this is one of the most common mistake in the websites. And because of this mistake the students will land themselves in trouble because the “Missing Course” error mostly occur in this scenario only.
Once the student have more than one ID on our websites and the student purchased the course with one ID in our website and while accessing the course from other device student mistakenly logged into that device from other ID there and then he will not find his course there and start to search for it and will think that his course is lost. But the actual problem is his more than one ID
To solve this problem just give us a mail and send us the details of both the IDs and will merge them into one account
